Three main areas of support are eClinicalWorks software training and consultation, Application Server Protocol (where CCNV hosts your data), and MegaWest. Support systems are in place to manage new technology implementation as well as sustain continued success.
eClinicalWorks Support
CCNV offers support of eClinicalWorks practice management and emedical records software with web-based training available. User this quick and easy method to jump start staff use of the software prior to implementation or for new hires after implementation. After implementation reinforce initial training, enhance the use of the software and increase efficiency for greater productivity via knowledge transfer, and learn about new features.
Comprehensive hands-on training in our Richmond state-of-the-art training room is available or let us come to you for on-site live training at your location. CCNV offers eCW101 for users new to eClinicalWorks software, Super User Training for the “go to” people at the practice, and Advanced EMR training for providers. In the near future CCNV is planning be able to offer continuing education credits for the Advanced EMR training.
